This is just a partial list of potential businesses, churches and organizations that could be contacted to see where they are participating in emergency disaster relief. Then all you need to do is ask them if you could send them an email or letter with some very important information that will assist their emergency personnel in managing their stress. It’s just that simple. FYI: Check the resources section for downloadable, pre- written emails and Twitter/Facebook posts. You can also contact family, friends, co-workers and private citizens to offer assistance. In this day and age, thanks to technology, social media, and the internet, word travels quickly. When natural disasters happen, almost everyone learns of someone close to them (or someone they know, knows someone) who was impacted by the disaster. These are the people that you could reach out to by sending them one of the tapping cards, or an email with a link to our website. All it will cost you is a little bit of your time. We’ve done all the heavy lifting for you. All we ask is that you pass along the Tapping Cards to someone (and everyone you can think of) who could really use it to manage their discomfort, whether or not they are dealing with a disaster or crisis situation. Here’s what we need: 1) - Translation of: a) The tapping cards to the right need to be written in other languages for ease of distri- bution in all regions of the world. b) The Stress Busting 101 FREEBIE. It would be wonderful to be able to provide this instructional ‘How to Tap” report in a variety of lang- uages. 2) - Distribution of the tapping cards to missionaries, rescue & humanitarian personnel in Haiti. We have printed 10,000 cards and 9,000 still need to be distributed. Who do you know that can help us get them distri- buted?
